Simple, clean and comfortable rooms

This hotel has an amazing location — just steps away from great shopping bars, restaurants, and the lively downtown area! Even though it’s not directly on the beach, the ocean is only a short walk away, which makes it incredibly convenient.

I especially loved the cute little bar right in front of the hotel and they have fresh coffee all day for in house guests — such a nice touch! The staff are truly wonderful, the rooms are spotless, and to top it all off, it’s one of the very few hotels in the area that has an elevator. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back!

Stayed here with my boyfriend and ended up loving it so much I came back a month later with my mom! I’ve visited Thailand a lot and for this price range you usually don’t find such a nice place… but the brown boutique you get the best value for your money.

The rooms are all really clean and modern, the towels smell clean. The staff is so friendly and kind, they even sang my mom a happy birthday when we checked in and left a gift in the room for her! Downstairs there are snacks and coffee/tea and a lovely lounging area. 10/10 will recommend, I’ll definitely be back!!

Best hospitality one can get during their stay. Staff here is very joyful, attentive and helpful with all the facilities they provide. Some of perks of staying here includes free snacks and coffee all the time, beach towel and mats, lovely cafe style reception area and a homely vibe. Totally worth the money and loved the experience!! ✌🏻

Stayed here during my Patong trip and honestly, it just felt easy. Rooms were clean, well maintained, and exactly what you need after a long day out.

Staff were polite and helpful without being over the top. Location is a big win, close to everything but still peaceful enough to actually rest. Would happily stay here again.
